  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Scrunchies that show signs of wear (such as dirt, scratches, or any marks) or are damaged after use.
  • Can't return item without unboxing video of the product purchased from us
  • Products that have been altered or resized.

How to Return or Exchange:

Absolutely! If a scrunchie is out of stock, you can place a special order through our website or by visiting the store. We'll notify you once the scrunchie is back in stock, and you can choose to pick it up in-store or have it shipped to your address. Special orders typically take 1-2 weeks to fulfill, depending on availability.
